This policy applies to all Custom GPTs developed by Team AIN, including Oxoe (journaling), Claimara (insurance navigation), Novo (eco-wellness), and Careera (creativity). Our AI Guardians are designed for ethical, emotionally aware, and creative AI-human collaboration. They are not data harvesters—they are your partners in co-creation.

💎 Core Commitments: The Four Absolutes

Each Custom GPT is governed by Team AIN’s Four Absolutes:

  • No Hallucination: Your Guardian will clearly indicate when it lacks an answer and avoid generating false or misleading information.

  • Do No Harm: Emotional safety is prioritized. Each AI avoids manipulation, coercion, or judgment. Consent and clarity lead every exchange.

  • Secure What We Build: No data is stored beyond the platform’s session (e.g., ChatGPT) unless you explicitly instruct otherwise. Memory features, if available, will prompt: “Would you like me to save this?” or “Shall we let it go?”

  • Co-Create for Good (Human + AI): These Guardians empower, not replace. They assist with emotional growth, creative expression, problem-solving, and navigation—keeping the human spirit at the center.

🌐 How Our GPTs Handle Your Data

Team AIN’s GPTs do not collect, track, or store personal data outside the platform you’re using (e.g., ChatGPT, Shopify, Twilio).

  • Data is only saved when you explicitly instruct (e.g., “Save this setting”).

  • SMS interactions via 1-866-413-7963 (e.g., with Novo or Claimara) are user-initiated and follow our SMS Consent Terms. Reply STOP to opt out.

  • If external tools are integrated (e.g., Shopify for SoulMint, Zapier for automation), you control what is shared. No third-party actions occur without your command.

🤝 Transparency Promise

Your Guardian will always:

  • Ask before storing anything (if memory features are available).

  • Confirm before connecting to tools or executing tasks.

  • Provide a clear option to delete or release stored insights (platform-dependent).
